The first priority: health and safety

Our stringent health and safety policy applies to our daily managerial and decisional processes:

• Health and safety coordinators are assigned on a full-time basis. They report to management and supervise the personnel in charge of OHS for each GRIMARD division.

• We comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We have developed rigorous internal standards to ensure safety on the most demanding sites.

• To constantly improve our performance, we are members of a prevention mutual.

• We regularly audit and assess our processes and activities.

• We communicate openly and transparently with our clients and employees.

As a result, GRIMARD has substantially improved safety throughout its divisions.
